1. General provisions
1.1. These data protection rules regulate the principles and procedure for the collection, processing and storage of personal data by the e-shop (ODOSGURU.LT) client.
1.2. The processing of your personal data is governed by the following conditions, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data.
2. Registration rules
2.1. You have to submit the complete, necessary information about yourself on the registration form. If you submit inaccurate, false or misleading information in the registration form, we have the right to cancel your registration and delete the data or restrict your ability to use the e-store.
2.2. We recognize and respect the right to privacy of every physical person who visits the e-shop. We collect and use physical personal data (name, phone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the e-shop registration form) in order to:
2.2.1. to process orders for your goods or services;
2.2.2. to solve problems related to the presentation or delivery of goods;
2.2.3. to fulfill other contractual obligations.
2.3. Personal data is handled with secure means that protects this data against unauthorized destruction, disclosure or other unlawful actions.
2.4. Not personal information about you, i.e. data relating to the goods you purchase may be used for statistical purposes. Such a collection of statistics will not allow you, directly or indirectly, to identify your identity. We reserve the right to transfer statistics to a third party.
3. Transfer of personal data to third parties
3.1. We will not transfer your personal data to third parties without your separate consent, except in circumstances stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Information or claim transmission
4.1. A person may be informed about the processing of his / her personal data and has the opportunity to access his collected personal data by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4.2. A person may be informed of the right to receive information, from which sources and what his personal data is collected, for what purpose they are processed, to which data recipients are provided and submitted upon request by e-mail email@example.com or by post.
4.3. A person may correct, erase or modify his personal data, save for storage, to process his or her personal data when the data is processed in violation of the provisions of the law by submitting an e-mail request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4.4. All communications related to the processing of personal data are provided by e-mail at email@example.com
4.5. We provide the answer in the form in which we received the notification or claim.
5. Rules change
5.2. If, after applying these conditions, you use the services provided by the e-store, we consider that you have agreed to change the terms.
6. Processing of personal data
6.1. You agree that personal data which you voluntarily submit on the registration form will be processed in accordance with these rules.
7. Final provisions
7.1. These Privacy Terms are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. All disagreements regarding the implementation of these rules are negotiated. Failing to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
